Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of approximately staff across tenancy management and asset services, the Housing Services Manager plays a critical role in linking strategy with delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, strategic influence, and driving social impact.
Key focus areas:
Lead the tenancy and asset management teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and sustainable services.
Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to implement Metro’s strategic plan and business objectives.
Drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across operations.
Ensure compliance with the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and relevant legislation.
Strengthen partnerships with government, support agencies, and community stakeholders.
You’re a confident and collaborative leader who can turn strategy into action. You’ll bring:
Senior management experience in social or community housing, property, or a related sector.
Knowledge of tenancy law, NRSCH compliance, and WHS obligations.
A proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster accountability and engagement.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Property, or Social Science.
Work directly with the CEO and Executive Team, shape direction, and effect change.
