Due to their ongoing commitments, Zena and Jenny can offer up to three (3) pro bono board appointment assignments each year. These assignments are a way for Be Executive to contribute meaningfully to organisations that may not have the resources to engage a professional recruiter but still require the same high level of service. Our Pro Bono Services Policy ensures that these assignments are delivered with the same level of professionalism, care, and expertise as our commercial projects.
When offering pro bono services, we follow a structured process to ensure that clients gain the full value of our support. This includes issuing an invoice that reflects the commercial value of the service, marked with a 100% discount, allowing our clients to account for it as in-kind support. This process maintains transparency and ensures that organisations can record the value of the service appropriately in their financial statements.
