With nearly a decade spent reviewing resumes, holding career conversations, and partnering with organisations through critical hiring decisions, AJ has developed a genuine curiosity about what makes people, careers, and organisations tick. She believes there is always more to a person than what’s on the page and understanding the story behind the resume is often where the most valuable conversations begin.
AJ’s experience spans recruitment, executive search, client management, talent advisory, and career coaching. She has worked on search projects and partnered with Boards and CEOs on leadership appointments, supported high-growth and global organisations, and worked with students, professionals, and leaders through important career decisions and transitions.
Her background across purpose-driven organisations, associations, membership bodies, education, and technology has given her a broad perspective on careers, workplace cultures, and what organisations need from their teams. She also holds a Master’s degree in Strategy, Innovation, and Management from the University of Sydney.
Known for her curiosity, warmth, and relationship-led approach, AJ takes the time to understand what matters to both the person and the organisation. She believes the best outcomes come from asking the right questions, having honest conversations, and looking beyond the obvious to find a fit that works for the long term.
