Non-Executive Board Directors – Marketing and Legal

WATCH Disability Services is seeking two experienced professionals to join its Board as voluntary Non-Executive Directors.

Based in Mulgrave, WATCH supports adults with disability to build skills, confidence, independence and meaningful connections within their community.
We are looking to appoint:

• A professional with strong marketing and communications experience.
• A professional with a strong legal background and experience in areas such as governance, compliance and risk

These roles offer the opportunity to contribute your professional expertise to a purpose-led organisation and help shape its future direction.

Previous board experience would be welcomed but is not essential. More important is a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for people with disability and the ability to contribute constructively at a strategic level.

The Board meets once a month in Mulgrave, Victoria, with meetings generally lasting approximately 1-1.5 hours. Some additional time will be required to review papers and contribute outside meetings when needed.

These are voluntary positions.
