Jenny Rosser is one of the Managing Directors and Co-Founders of Be Recruitment Group and a recognised executive search and workforce advisory specialist with more than 24 years’ experience partnering with organisations across the Health, Community, Human Services and Not-for-Profit sectors in Australia and the UK.
With qualifications in Psychology and governance through the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Jenny combines commercial insight with a deep understanding of leadership, organisational culture and workforce strategy. She works closely with Boards, CEOs and Executive Leadership Teams to appoint purpose-driven leaders who create meaningful and lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Jenny has successfully led executive search assignments spanning Chief Executive Officers, Executive Directors, General Managers, Clinical Leaders, Board Directors and senior operational appointments. She is particularly recognised for delivering complex, confidential and difficult-to-fill executive searches, balancing technical capability with cultural alignment and long-term organisational success.
Beyond executive search, Jenny provides strategic advice across workforce planning, leadership succession, organisational design, recruitment strategy and workforce solutions. Having built and scaled a high-performing national recruitment business, she brings practical operational expertise alongside a strong understanding of governance, people strategy, change and organisational growth.
