Case Study: Scaling Support Partner Workforce for HomeMade

Overview

Be Recruitment partnered with HomeMade, an innovative, tech-enabled provider and coordinator of aged care at home, empowering older Australians with greater choice and control over their support, to scale their national workforce of Support Partners.

Between 2025 and 2026, we successfully recruited 27 Support Partners across Australia, supporting a mix of permanent and contract hires to meet increasing demand.

This partnership focused on building a high-quality, values-led workforce capable of delivering person-centred in-home care, while maintaining consistency, responsiveness, and strong alignment with HomeMade’s service model and commitment to client choice and independence.

About HomeMade

HomeMade delivers personalised, flexible in-home aged care support, combining technology with human connection to empower older Australians to live independently at home.

Their Support Partners play a key role in:

  • Coordinating services and supports
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and families
  • Ensuring continuity and quality of care in a home-based setting

As demand increased, HomeMade required a recruitment partner who could scale hiring nationally, without compromising on care quality, empathy, and client outcomes.
